Our Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our bags and accessories. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, direct punctures or anything of that nature. Due to the nature of our business of fashioning bags out of up cycled materials, some discoloration/mildew/rust/wrinkles and warn spots may occur. This is just part of the appeal.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for any reason from shipping date.

1. Return of Non-Defective Goods:

  • In the case of a customer returning a product for a reason other than a manufacturing fault (example: not happy with the aesthetic), the product must be returned in perfect condition without sign of usage.
  • If there are signs of usage or if the product is damaged by transport, we reserve the right to dismiss the product.
  • All return transport costs will be incurred by the customer.

2. Return of Defective Goods:

  • In the case of a customer returning a product as a result of a manufacturing defect, Sealand will repair the product.
  • Customer will need to arrange that their product is shipped back to our studio or taken to one of our stores for repair. All return transport costs will be incurred by the customer.

    • Waterfront Kiosk: Shop No K8, Ground Level, Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre. 
  • Sealand will then arrange that the product is returned to the customer once it has been repaired.
