While he leads these core functions, Jasper keeps a close eye on all aspects of the business. His thoughtful leadership and hands-on involvement make him a constant source of inspiration, helping to shape and nurture a happy, healthy, and values-driven company culture.
Jasper’s long-term vision is for Sealand to be recognised as a global leader in responsible business practices. A third-generation Llandudno local, his deep love for the ocean, passion for conscious design, and adventurous spirit continue to guide his work and the Sealand journey.
When he's not immersed in strategy, Jasper spends his time surfing and enjoying the outdoors with his family - always drawing inspiration from nature and the world around him.
