Meet Jayden, Sealand’s Retail Operations Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the stores, including team support, training, scheduling, and retail reporting. Jayden is dedicated to creating a positive, organised environment where both the team and customers feel at home.
Outside of Sealand, Jayden is a passionate soccer coach, committed to working with children and helping them grow through sport. Coaching provides him with the same sense of purpose he brings to his role at Sealand—building strong teams and fostering opportunities for growth.
