Maryam works in design on the bag side of things and runs visual merchandising for Sealand’s stores. She shares her life with her cat, Sonny (named after Sonny Angels), who is affectionately known as her mom’s first grandchild. Passionate about handcrafts, Maryam loves hunting for unique clothing pieces at thrift stores and local markets.
Since joining the Sealand team, she’s embraced change and creativity - reflected in the 30 different haircuts she’s had, thanks to her playful “fake manager.” One of her favourite parts of the office is the serene stream that runs behind it, offering a refreshing backdrop to her workday. Being surrounded by nature uplifts her spirit, and she feels incredibly grateful for such an inspiring environment.
