As Retail Director at Sealand, Tracy leads the store teams and customer experience journey across the brand, bringing over 14 years of retail experience to the business. Starting out within international brands before finding her passion in South African retail, she has spent most of her career working with local brands and building meaningful retail experiences rooted in people, culture and connection.
What motivates Tracy most is seeing people grow both personally and professionally, and helping teams unlock their full potential along the way.
Outside of retail, you’ll usually find her outdoors with her little family, whether it’s beach missions, forest walks with their Pitbull or chasing after her toddler. Coming from a family of braai enthusiasts, there’s usually a fire going somewhere nearby, while Tracy is happiest in the kitchen prepping salads for the family spread. Growing up in a sporty, boy-heavy household also means she’s naturally competitive… and very rarely backs down from a challenge.
