His work has involved environmental and social sustainability audits, and improvement plans at manufacturing facilities. He is skilled in Continuous Improvement, Sustainable Fashion, Sustainable Packaging and Carbon Accounting.
A strong operations professional with a Master of Science - MSc, Jimmy focused on Climate Change and Sustainable Development at University of Cape Town.
He is currently in Canada and heading up Group Sustainability for ITL, an international label company leading the charge in sustainable production.

Steve Good
Steve is a commercial attorney providing strategic consulting and corporate action advice to a wide range of clients across various sectors.
An interest in long-term thinking and sustainability led him to specialise in Futures Studies with a Masters in Philosophy.
He sits on various boards and is a nature-lover and keen traveller, as well as leading community-based improvement schemes and exploring the outdoors.

Steff Burrows
Steffen embarked on his career journey at Sealand, where he spearheaded the company's sustainability efforts and created the first Responsibility Report and carbon management systems.
Steffen holds a B.Sc. in Maths and Environmental and Geographic Science, with an Honours in Sustainable Development.
Since then, he has navigated through diverse sectors in sustainability including bioplastics, carbon emissions, and climate technology.
His career took him to a role as the Head of Sustainability at Pick n Pay Group, which he has now left to pursue a new venture into the food waste reduction space - increasing accessibility to healthy food for all South Africans with the startup Still Good.
Steffen's passion lies in leveraging sustainability to drive tangible value for businesses.

Tim Coles
Sealand’s current Head of Sustainability, Tim seeks to bring stringent tracking and reporting methodologies to Sealand, seeks innovation to meet sustainability goals and communicates advancements, challenges and goals with the wider Sealand audience.
His previous life saw him sailing, surfing and cultivating a deep love for nature - and the ocean - across various continents.
He holds a Bachelors in Ocean & Atmosphere Science, Marine Biology and Environmental Science, and is passionate about making great gear good for the planet and good for its people.
Highlights of his time with Sealand have included becoming B Corp certified, the launch of the Second Wave program, a deep dive LCA process and moving towards DPPs for products as well as two industry sustainability awards and numerous speaking engagements, telling the Sealand story to a diverse range of audiences from school kids to CEOs.

Carlyn Fritelli-Davies
Carlyn Frittelli Davies is a natural resources lawyer having worked for 16 years at ENS, a corporate and pan-African law firm. Carlyn obtained her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria and a post-graduate diploma in environmental law from the University of Cape Town.
She specialises in environmental and mining law, particularly waste law although her experience includes, among others, renewable energy. She is passionate about sustainability, particularly in the clothing, apparel, footwear, textiles, and leather industry. In fact, her first career choice was fashion design but followed a different path which has inevitably come full circle back to fashion.
She believes that local slow production in South Africa and Africa broadly will provide employment and a positive change for individuals (workers and consumers), the environment and our economy.
Carlyn has initiated various projects at ENS through its Sustainability and Impact Practice for high school students and local designers to provide legal support to the industry.

Mark Robertson
Mark Robertson is a Principal in the ‘Shared Value and Impact practice. Mark is a strategist and financial inclusion practitioner who has worked with companies to facilitate inclusive business and strategy development, particularly in the insurance sector. He has over 14 years of experience in consulting and strategic management and has provided high-level advice to public, private, and donor clients across disciplines.
At Genesis, Mark has led sustainability and ESG-related projects for Absa, Anglo America, De Beers, FSD Africa, Halls, the Trade and Development Bank (TDB), Standard Bank/ Stanbic, Swedfund and TLG Pharmaceuticals, Umphakathi, WeBuyCars, and others. He was previously a Knowledge Manager at the Microinsurance Network and managed the Network's African members. Before that, he was the Head of Strategy and Insights at Hollard Life.

Experienced environmental lawyer with specialist expertise in water law, particularly in the agribusiness and energy sector. Focus areas also include corporate sustainability, the E in ESG, carbon offsets, drought mitigation, EIA, renewable energy, marine pollution, the circular economy and private sector conservation.
