Sealand X Sol Sol
We’ve looked up to Sol Sol as leaders in the local streetwear scene for a long time now and are proud to have collaborated with them to bring you adventure gear suited to both the urban space and the outdoors. Together with Sol Sol, we created adventure gear and everyday accessories that stay true to our combined respect for high quality design, striking details and stories of local craftsmanship. The collection included a mix of bags, accessories and apparel - including a hooded jacket and hand dyed printed tees.
Sealand X Ballo
Ballo produces ethical eyewear that creates employment, reuses waste materials, and champions business decisions that put the planet before profit. Sealand x Ballo sunglasses combined the manufacturing expertise of Ballo Eyewear with a unique material combination of cork, recycled paper pulp, and Sealand's Recover material. The Recover material was made from a blend of recycled plastic bottles and upcycled cotton waste. The result was a unique, durable, and lightweight pair of shades with all forms of functionality carefully considered.

Sealand X Ciovita
While we geared up to co-sponsor the Wine to Whales mountain biking event in 2021 with Ciovita, we realised that we had much in common with these adventure seekers in the way we approach our business development. We combined teams for the race and collaborated to create a Sealand x Ciovita racing kit for our cyclists. Once we rode over the finish line we continued our team efforts – this time off the mountain paths and into the studio to flesh out a cycling jersey for all adventurers. Our limited edition Sealand x Ciovita race jersey takes our brand ethos to new heights as we Discover New Paths with like minded partners based on a shared appreciation for premium craftsmanship and a zest for life.
Sealand X Shelflife
Shelflife is one of South Africa’s leading premium sneaker and streetwear brands, bringing life and colour to city spaces. Urban adventure with Shelflife is all about setting the scene and seeking out extraordinary ways to explore and live your best life in the concrete jungle and surrounds – finished off with a pop of colour and an attitude to match. With the addition of Sealand’s signature functional designs, the collaboration collection was a mix of modern urban living and rugged practicality - offering innovative styles like the Utility vest.

Sealand X Vans
We have long claimed to be an urban/outdoor brand. Our gear, we say, has the ability to be used by both people navigating the concrete jungle on the way to work, as well as those looking to get out into the natural world on the weekends. We were invited to collaborate in the House of Vans event in Johannesburg in 2020. We took on the challenge of using Vans’ waste, and creating new value in it. We transformed their old advertising banners into a small run of limited edition tote bags.

Sealand X Reebok
We supported the recent launch of Reebok South Africa's [REE]cycled Future Legacy Pack with our limited edition yacht sail tote bags. We created bespoke tote bags to be given as gifts with a [REE]cycled Future Legacy Pack. This pack celebrates two Reebok shoes – the ‘Leather Legacy’ and the ‘Legacy 83’. Each shoe is made with at least 30% recycled materials. We loved the edition of our upcycled yacht sail bags as the ultimate gear companion and packaging partner to further support the work that Reebok is doing as they move towards their zero-waste future.
