One or two more pockets on the inside of the bag for small things Clasps for shoulder band should be metal like the clasp on the front for more durability and uniformity. Otherwise a nice bag for every day but expensive for what you get and in comparison to other brands. Straps should be broader as they cut into neck/shoulders.

After buying this bag as a gift for my boyfriend (who is now completely independent from using my handbag because he now has his own haha) I bought another for my brother's recent birthday. We visited the new store at the V&A and were really impressed by the new line of bags, was so tough to choose! But since the trusty Zeplin can fit 2 beers, charging cables, sunscreen, a phone, lip balm, house and car keys (tried and tested) I knew this would be ideal for him too. Pictured: brother smiling on his outing with his new gift! He took a recent trip overseas with it and said it was absolutely perfect for carrying everything he needs at all times and goes with every single outfit. Highly recommend if you don't know what to buy someone for a birthday!

I recently got to use this bag on an international trip and I must say I really enjoyed using it, but having said that I have a few suggestions. A top grab handle would be nice so I can use a hero clip to hang it off a table when having a meal, I am a tall fat guy so a removable shoulder strap would be nice so I can add my custom strap that actually fits me and my carry needs. front pocket was just to shallow for my cell phone and the back pocket snap clip although great for a wallet and passport, concerned me that it would scratch my phone screen if I had to put it in there, even saying that I still plan on using it in my upcoming trip

I love the yellow zeplin crossbody bag . It is tough, and has attitude. The quality is excellent. The Zip is top of the range. A pleasure to use. Many people have commented on how cheeky and cute it is. Also it is very well designed as I can fit everything that I need to in it.
Love the look and feel of the bag! Sturdy/durable and quality material. Would have liked an inside zip pocket, but have managed to juggle all my essentials between the pockets available.
