Everything is great, if I had one small improvement it would be to make the laptop holder be a liiiitle bit bigger - but other than that it’s awesome :)
I really love this backpack! The size is perfect for a carry-on luggage item, and fits underneath the plane seat in front of you (which I always prefer doing instead of the overhead storage).
The 'rowlie' part means you can use it as a day-to-day travel bag with fewer items, or expand it for longer trips as needed.
In love with the bright orange - which makes it easy to spot in big crowds (useful for a tour guide!) Straps are comfortable, zips work well and the side-bags are perfect for a 1l water bottle. There's also a hidden back compartment that perfectly fits a 13" laptop.
My only concern is that it wasn't entirely waterproof :(
We were outside and on-foot most days for a trip in Tokyo, so I did enquire about it being waterproof- and was assured that it was. I bought some sensitive paper-postcards, which got a little wet, which left me disappointed. I suspect the stitches where the orange and tan meet are not waterproofed properly. It was raining almost non-stop, so maybe the waterproofing only works for light rains? Overall, I'd still recommend this bag.

From trips to the offices to climbing the mountain, filled with my college textbooks or camping stuff for my trip to the Cederberg this last weekend this bag is just there and ready to go!
I think the design is epic! It's great to have a bag that can easily hold everything I could want for a weekend away and at the same time just rolls up tighter when I'm only carrying lunch and a laptop.
My favourite pockets though, might just have to be those little "water-bottle" holders on the side - I use them all the time! While the bigger main pocket takes all my books, gear and whatnot I use this smaller ones for all my day to day stuff, be it my phone, wallet, keys, pens, lighter, headphones...whatever, I can just leave it there and don't need to worry!
No need to have my pockets stuffed when I'm out adventuring everything is just tucked away with easy access. (Obviously you might need to be a bit more security minding if your stuff is so easily assessable but really it hasn't been a big issue, and I've been cycling, rock climbing and walking all over no problem!)
Super happy with my backpack! I love the colour, size and the sustainability aspect of it.

I really like this bag, it is really big and great for carry on luggage as well as for hiking. I love that you can roll it up if you don’t have much in the bag or unroll it for more space. The material is nice and thick, everything is good quality and well made. Unfortunately my front zipper does not work - the zip teeth/chain is sewed in but the zip pull and slider seem to be missing? Not sure why but it means that my front pocket is not functional. I don’t think this is by design as the product photo shows the zip pull.

Got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. Great quality, thoughtful touches, and functional design. Works equally well for the office, an overnight hike, or backpacking adventures. Super happy all round!
