One or two more pockets on the inside of the bag for small things Clasps for shoulder band should be metal like the clasp on the front for more durability and uniformity. Otherwise a nice bag for every day but expensive for what you get and in comparison to other brands. Straps should be broader as they cut into neck/shoulders.

Recycled Zeplin Cross Body Bag
I love the bag. My only gripe is that the strap is quite narrow and it cuts into your shoulder. The bag would be improved with a wider strap for greater comfort.
